ACA Proposed Rates - Public Comment Form

This form is for public comment regarding proposed ACA individual and small group rate filings during the 30-day comment period pursuant to 215 ILCS 5/355(e).  

Beginning Plan Year 2025, and every year thereafter, the public comment period will begin five (5) days after the close of the rate filing period set by the Department's company bulletin. All rate filings and summaries will be posted on the IDOI website for public inspection, excluding proprietary or trade secret information protected under State law.

Public comments received by the Department will be posted to the IDOI website within five (5) business days of the close of the public comment period.

Your contact information requested in the form will not be published with your comment. However, PLEASE NOTE that if you include information within your comment (contact information and/or personal health information “PHI" ) it may be published to the Department’s website.
