***Consumer Notice to Customers of the ACA Health Insurance Marketplace (www.Healthcare.gov) and all Off-Marketplace Coverage
IDOI is monitoring the recent announcement that Health Alliance is exiting the commercial market effective 1/1/26. Consumers with Health Alliance plans should be advised that no immediate action is needed as coverage remains uninterrupted through end of the plan year. The insurer will notify consumers about next steps depending on the plan type, and the Department will provide further information as it becomes available.
