SMALL MARKET QUARTERLY RATE FILING UPDATES
The Department received a quarterly rate filing from HCSC (Blue Cross Blue Shield) which would revise small group major medical rates effective July 1, 2025. Please submit any comments to DOI.HealthRateReview@illinois.gov by April 24, 2025.
