Learning Management System (LMS)– Expanded Services
Illinois has transitioned from HealthCare.gov to a State-Based Marketplace (SBM). This requires the State to take over the certification duties for the State's Navigators and Brokers. We are soliciting requests for quotes for a Learning Management System to achieve yearly certification of these individuals.
"It is important that any offers in response to this RFP comply with the latest document set. It is recommended that any offeror planning to submit a bid periodically checks for any updates at the referenced link. Further, it is recommended that offerors carefully re-read all the latest documents as they are posted as these documents are not provided with changes tracked."
